We are a London based building company specialising in construction and design for residential properties. Our company was established in 1989. Over this time we have expanded our services from specialising in loft conversion work to carrying out all types of residential construction work including house extensions, renovations, garages, porches and much more.
Our growth is as a result of our clients requesting that we carry out additional work to their homes. Using skilled tradesmen, means we are able to provide other building services.
The company is run and managed by Marc Bonnici. Marc has been in the construction industry all his adult life. His early years were served as a tradesman working on commercial building projects mainly in the city before leaving to start out in the residential building sector working for a local specialist loft conversion company. Having furthered his experience within the trade and progressed to project management, Marc went on to start the company in 1990. You will find him to be conversant on both a practical and technical level within his field. He is very much the face of the company and the chances are it will be Marc managing your project.
